我公司一台SHF20t/h沸腾炉1989年底投运后仅8个月,就发现对流区尾部的管束严重磨损,不足1年,就因磨损而爆管,不得不停炉,磨损速度之快,实属罕见.经分析发现,1.运行工况与设计工况不符,在实际蒸发量为25t/h时,对流区的狭窄处与拐点处(如自1)烟气流速达18m/s,大大超过了14m/s最高烟气流速的推荐值.2.掺烧的煤渣飞灰含量大,取样分析为17000mg/m~3,加速了对流区管束的磨损.
