本文提出的单片机控制系统实现了对传统气动扳手的智能化控制。能根据螺钉规格预选及实测螺钉扭矩,并能恰当施扭,以免拧得过松或过紧。拧紧一个螺钉后,自动控制停机,数秒后自动启动,并可自动记数。从而大大提高了气动扳手的使用效率及施扭的准确性。
The SCM control system proposed in this paper realizes the intelligent control of the traditional pneumatic wrench. Can be pre-selected and measured according to the screw size of the screw torque, and can be properly applied to the twist, so as not to over-tighten too loose. Tighten a screw, automatic control downtime, automatically start after a few seconds, and can automatically count. Thus greatly improving the use of pneumatic wrench efficiency and the accuracy of the twist.
