针对我国公路多为双向四车道的特点,就采用盾构法修建的单洞双车道隧道设计了一种8+1分块方式管片,其圆心角由1K(30)°+2A(30)°+6B(45°)组成。在绘制管片分块投影图时,先采用2D-CAD技术,通过作图的方式计算出K块顶点三维坐标,然后借助于3D-CAD技术画出K块在拱顶正上方时管片分块图的3D图,再采用旋转方式得出错缝拼装后管片环的3D分块图,最后进行投影得出管片分块平面图。
In view of the characteristics of our country highway mostly being two-way four lanes, an 8 + 1 segment pipe segment is designed on the single-hole two-lane tunnel constructed by the shield method.
