今年一月廿八日,中国人民保险上海市分公司,上海远洋运输公司,上海包装进出口分公司为贯彻中央和国务院领导关于改进出口货物包装,提高货运质量的批示,联合召开了大型座谈会,由上海各进出口分公司,海关、商检和有关运输单位等参加。会上宣读了中央批示,人保、远洋、包装等公司介绍了出口商品包装存在问题,并放映了幻灯片。最后市经委、市交办、外贸局有关同志也发了言。现先将上港九区李仁沅同志个人发言摘载如下,供有关公司参考。
