贵阳市人民政府筑府函[2015]187号市政府金融办:你办《关于贵阳市城市发展基金选择采购基金管理公司事宜的请示》(筑金报[2015]109号)收悉,经研究,现批复如下:一、同意由贵阳市科技金融投资有限公司作为贵阳市出资代表,发起设立贵阳市城市发展基金(暂定名)。

It is agreed that Guiyang Science and Technology Financial Investment Co., Ltd. shall be the sponsor representative of Guiyang City and shall initiate the establishment of Guiyang Urban Development Fund (tentative name).
