利用电子背散射衍射(Electron Back Scatter Diffraction-EBSD)技术,对不同退火温度下Fe-32Mn-2Si-4Al孪晶诱发塑性(Twining Induced Plasticity-TWIP)钢冷轧变形后退火再结晶组织的晶界特征、晶粒取向差、织构的变化进行研究。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,TWIP钢中∑1CSL晶界含量减少,∑3CSL晶界增加,α-取向线和β-取向线密度总体上升,Goss{011}<100>、Copper{112}<111>密度都呈下降趋势,而Brass{011}<211>、S{123}<634>密度呈上升趋势。
The grain boundaries of annealed recrystallized microstructure after cold-rolling deformation of Fe-32Mn-2Si-4Al steel with twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) under different annealing temperatures were studied by using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) Characteristics, grain orientation difference, texture changes. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the content of Σ1CSL grain boundary in TWIP steel decreases and the grain boundary of Σ3CSL increases. The density of α-orientation and β-orientation increases as a whole. The Goss {011} <100>, Copper { 112} <111> densities all showed a downward trend, whereas the densities of Brass {011} <211> and S {123} <634> tended to increase.
