本试验采用多种微生物与生物滤器联合使用的方式净化罗氏沼虾亲虾越冬池水质,结果表明:EM原露能有效地分解有机物,降低COD,但使用浓度不宜高于1∶200000;光合细菌分解有机物的能力得到了进一步的证实;玉垒菌的作用尚有待于进一步研究;由于亲虾池水中原有细菌的接种作用,使生物滤器的熟化仅需18d即可完成,生物滤器能明显降低水中氨氮、亚硝氮含量;而不同试验微生物的存在,将对装置的硝化作用产生不同的影响,仅就本试验而言,光合细菌有利于装置的硝化作用,玉垒菌则对硝化作用产生了一定的抑制。
