煤炭科学研究总院西安分院钻探研究所,根据煤田地质勘探和煤矿井下作业的特点,以及一些生产单位的需要,研制了人造金刚石、金刚石胎块及其钻头、烟机用硬质合金刀具及配件和 MK-300型全液压坑道钻机。1989年7月31日,由专家、教授及西安市有关领导组成的鉴定委员会,经过听取课题组介绍研制情况、观看实物和图片,审查设计图纸和技术资料,和严肃、认真的讨论和评议,一致认为,上述制品设计合理、工艺先进、质量可靠,同意通过鉴定,投入批量生产,在地质勘探、井下探查和其他生产部门推广使用。
