采用恒变形速率凸轮压缩试验机对紫铜的流动应力进行了实验研究,分析了变形温度、变形速率、变形程度对流动应力的影响,同时对不同的数学模型结构进行了非线性回归,通过分析比较,提出了拟合精度高的流动应力数学模型.
The flow stress of copper was experimentally studied with a constant deformation rate cam compression tester. The effects of deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation degree on the flow stress were analyzed. At the same time, nonlinear regression was carried out for different mathematical model structures. By analyzing and comparing , A mathematical model of flow stress with high fitting accuracy is proposed.
