紫露草微核技术是监测环境诱变因子的有效方法,现已被美国环境保护局列为监测环境污染的常规指标之一。该技术的最突出的特点在于简单、快速,因而用于农药诱变性的初筛有较大的应用价值。作者采用该技术对农药敌虫菊酯、涕灭威和多菌灵的诱变性进行测定,目的在于为评价上述农药的诱变性提供实验依据。
Fraxinus mandshurica is an effective method of monitoring environmental mutagens and is now listed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as one of the general indicators for monitoring environmental pollution. The most prominent feature of this technology is that it is simple and rapid, so it has great application value for primary screening of pesticide mutagenicity. The authors used this technique to determine the mutagenicity of pesticides, pyrethrins, aldicarb and carbendazim, with the purpose of providing experimental evidence for the evaluation of the mutagenicity of these pesticides.
