对应用CFD数值仿真技术设计液力变矩器的过程进行深入研究,利用ANSYS-Turbo Grid生成液力变矩器网格模型,提高了液力变矩器网格模型生成的效率和质量,通过合理设置和选择网格模型、湍流模型、壁面函数及边界条件,提高了液力变矩器CFD数值仿真的精度。应用CFD对液力变矩器内流场进行仿真分析,与试验结果对比表明液力变矩器的CFD数值仿真完全可以用于工程实际,为进一步优化设计奠定基础。
The application of CFD numerical simulation technology to design the torque converter process in-depth study, the use of ANSYS-Turbo Grid generate torque converter grid model to improve the efficiency and quality of the torque converter grid model by Reasonable setting and selection of grid model, turbulence model, wall function and boundary conditions, improve the hydrodynamic torque converter CFD numerical simulation accuracy. The CFD simulation of the flow field in the torque converter was carried out by CFD. Comparing with the experimental results, it is concluded that the CFD numerical simulation of the torque converter can be used in engineering practice and lay the foundation for further optimization.
