经尿道手术(T·U·R)是目前国际泌尿科盛行的一种手术,国内由于无此仪器而施行甚少,仅限于个别具有进口设备的单位。自1982年起,上海医用光学仪器厂在上海手术器械六厂、华山医院等协作下,研制成JND—10A经尿道电切镜,现将其使用与效果总结如下:一、结构:JND—10A经尿道电切镜与高频发生器均系参考国外同类产品的特点而进行设计研制的(见图1),其有F24号镜鞘2只、F26号连续灌洗镜鞘1只、8~0观察镜1只、闭塞器2只等,可分别组成26Fr双流式、24Fr单流式、24Fr间流式三种经尿道电
Transurethral surgery (T · U · R) is currently a popular international urology surgery, due to the lack of such equipment and the domestic implementation is limited to a few units with imported equipment. Since 1982, Shanghai Medical Optical Instrument Factory has developed the JND-10A transurethral resectoscope under the cooperation of the Shanghai Sixth Hospital of Surgery Equipment and Huashan Hospital. The results of its use and effect are summarized as follows: I. Structure: JND-10A Transurethral resectoscope and high-frequency generator are designed with reference to the characteristics of similar foreign products (see Figure 1), which has two F24 sheath, F26 continuous lavage sheath 1, 8 ~ 0 observation mirror 1, occluder 2, etc., can be composed of 26Fr dual flow, 24Fr single flow, 24Fr flow three kinds of transurethral electricity
