应用人体外周血微核试验及人体外周血ＳＣＥ试验研究了松针提取物对环磷酰胺致突变作用的影响。结果表明，松针提取物与环磷酰胺共同作用时，能抑制环磷酰胺的致突变性，与微核率及ＳＣＥ频率呈明显的负相关，其相关系数分别为ｒ＝—０．９５８７（Ｐ＜０．０５）及ｒ＝—０．９７６５（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The effects of pine needles extract on the mutagenicity of cyclophosphamide were studied using human peripheral blood micronucleus test and human peripheral blood SCE test. The results showed that pine needle extract combined with cyclophosphamide can inhibit the mutagenicity of cyclophosphamide, and micronuclei rate and SCE frequency was significantly negative correlation, the correlation coefficients were r = -0.9587 (P <0.05) and r = -0.9765 (P <0.05).
