1 前言轴承钢GCr15球化退火后往往出现与标准图片不一致的组织,这些组织给正常检验和评级造成一定的困难。轴承钢退火组织的标准评级图片共6级,级别的划分是否意味着随级别的递增,标志着退火温度从欠热向过热的过渡?目前我厂的轴承钢GCr15和GCr15SiMn的球化组织,除小尺寸的盘条、钢管及薄板外都不十分均匀细致。热轧圆棒材,一般都存在二次碳化物及粗细共存的片状珠光体,有时还有碳化物偏析的带状组织,退火后的横截面上球大小不均尤为突出,所以按标准评级图来推测生产工艺的欠热和过热不够全面。
