十三大报告指出:“正确处理和协调各种不同的社会利益和矛盾,是社会主义条件下的一个重大课题。”由此联想到医学道德与卫生政策及医院活力之间的关系。正确处理这些关系,实质上也就是正确处理和协调医学领域中的利益与矛盾。这既是医学道德和卫生政策不同职能和共同目标,也是医院活力的源泉。
