为了得到冷辗扩高速铁路机车用轴承内圈最优工艺参数,基于交互正交试验,在ABAQUS平台进行了冷辗扩过程的数值模拟。以轴承内圈的内孔圆度作为指标进行了极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,驱动辊转速和芯辊第六工序进给速度与驱动辊转速的交互作用对内孔圆度影响显著;工艺参数的最优组合为:芯辊第一、第六工序进给速度分别是1、0.2 mm/s,驱动辊转速是14 rad/s。
In order to get the optimum technological parameters of inner ring of roller bearing for cold rolling and expanding high speed railway, the numerical simulation of cold rolling process was carried out on ABAQUS platform based on the interactive orthogonal test. The inner circle of bearing inner circle roundness as an indicator of range analysis and analysis of variance. The results show that the interaction between the driving roller speed and the feeding speed of the sixth step of the core roller and the rotating speed of the driving roller has a significant effect on the roundness of the inner hole.
