本文研究~(137)Csγ射线诱发水稻根尖细胞染色体畸变的剂量效应和相对生物效应(RBE),结果表明,单桥、双桥和多极类型的染色体畸变剂量效应曲线适于Y=AX~B模型拟配。多桥、微核、断片和中期效应类型的剂量效应曲线适于 Y=X/(A+BX)模型拟配,落后类型和细胞染色体畸变的剂量效应曲线适于配以 Y=A+BX 模型。以~(60)Coγ射线为比较基准,~(137)Csγ射线诱发根尖细胞各类染色体畸变的相对生物效应(RBE)为0.73±0.15。
In this paper, the dose-effect and relative biological effects (RBE) of ~ (137) Csγ-ray induced chromosome aberrations in rice root tip cells were studied. The results showed that the dose-response curve of chromosome aberrations in single bridge, double bridge and multi- B model to be fitted. The dose-response curves of multi-bridge, micronucleus, fragment and mid-term effect types were fit for the Y = X / (A + BX) model. The dose-response curve of lag type and cell chromosome aberration was fit for Y = A + BX model . The relative biological effect (RBE) of ~ (137) Csγ-ray on chromosome aberrations in root tip cells induced by ~ (60) Coγ-rays was 0.73 ± 0.15.
