监督法对于保障各级人大常委会行使监督职权,发展社会主义民主,推进依法治国具有重要意义。监督法实施已近两年,及时总结经验,分析问题,对于正确实施监督法、保障监督权依法有序高效运行十分重要。
The supervision law is of great significance to the protection of the people’s congresses standing committees at all levels in exercising their supervisory powers, developing socialist democracy and promoting governing the country according to law. It has been very important for the supervision law to be correctly implemented and the supervisory power to be protected in an orderly and efficient manner in accordance with the law.
