创新与可持续的发展理念,是现代企业最重要的生存支点(彼得·德鲁克语),浙江联通对此深为认同。作为一家大型国有电信运营企业,我们正面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。中国通信产业开始打破垄断的坚冰,走向群雄纷争和市场时代,而进入 WTO 之后,跨国电信运营商更是环围虎视,伺机待入。正是在这样的时刻,我们开始重新审视自我。我们需要以更理性的视野来全方位地思考我们的未来,我们需要站在一个更开阔的平台上来重新发现自己的优势,设定自己的战略。这本“绿皮书”正是我们思考的结晶,行动的方向。
The concept of innovation and sustainable development is the most important survival pivot of modern enterprises (Peter Drucker), and Zhejiang Unicom strongly endorses it. As a large state-owned telecom operator, we are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. China’s telecommunications industry began to break the monopoly of the ice, to march disputes and the market era, and after entering the WTO, multinational telecommunications operators is around the Huan Shi, waiting in the wings. It is at this moment that we begin to re-examine ourselves. We need a more rational perspective to think about our future in all aspects. We need to stand on a broader platform to rediscover our strengths and set our own strategy. This “Green Paper” is the crystallization of our thinking and the direction of action.
