作者比较了Fe_(80)B_(20)非晶合金薄带在冷轧变形前后的x射线衍射图谱,冷轧变形使该合金衍射图谱第一峰的峰值稍向小角度方向移动,并使这一峰的宽度稍有增加。作者编制了测定非晶物质RDF的计算机程序,并测定了Fe_(80)B_(20)非晶合金冷轧前后的曲线。在我们实验精度的范围内,未能观察到该合金冷轧前后RDF曲线的变化。
The authors compared the X-ray diffraction patterns of Fe 80 B 20 amorphous alloy ribbons before and after cold-rolling deformation. Cold-rolling deformation caused the peak of the first peak of the alloy to shift slightly to a small angle, A slight increase in the width of a peak. The author has prepared a computer program for the determination of amorphous material RDF, and measured the curve of Fe 80 B 20 amorphous alloy before and after cold rolling. In the range of our experimental accuracy, the change of RDF curve before and after cold rolling of the alloy was not observed.
