急性心肌梗塞并发房颤报告较少。我院从1984～1994年加护病区共收治216例急性心肌梗塞,其中并发房颤者15例,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料 15例中,男13例,女2例。年龄54～79岁,平均61岁。 二、梗塞部位 15例中并发于下壁+正后壁8例,前壁3例,广泛前壁2例,高侧壁2例。 三、发生率 1984～1994年我院共收治216例急性心肌梗塞并发房颤15例,发生率为6.9％。
Acute myocardial infarction with atrial fibrillation less reported. Our hospital from 1984 to 1994 addicted to care ward a total of 216 cases of acute myocardial infarction, including 15 cases of atrial fibrillation, are as follows. Clinical data First, the general information 15 cases, 13 males and 2 females. Age 54 to 79 years old, average 61 years old. Second, the infarction site in 15 cases complicated by inferior wall + posterior wall in 8 cases, anterior wall in 3 cases, extensive anterior wall in 2 cases, 2 cases of high side wall. Third, the incidence of 1984 to 1994 in our hospital were treated 216 cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated by atrial fibrillation in 15 cases, the incidence was 6.9%.
