本文采用IR、粘度测量及Huggins方程和McAllister方程表征和研究了醋酸纤维素、氰乙基醋酸纤维素、钛醋酸纤维素、羟丙基醋酸纤维素等反渗透膜材料的铸膜溶液。结果表明,铸膜溶液中的添加剂磷酸、甲酰胺等与溶剂丙酮有一定的相容性或部分相容性,与纤维素衍生物有一定的氢键、亲核相互作用。添加剂可影响纤维素衍生物大分子之间的相互作用。
In this paper, IR, viscosity measurement and Huggins equation and McAllister equation were used to characterize and study the casting solution of reverse osmosis membrane materials such as cellulose acetate, cyanoethyl cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate and hydroxypropyl cellulose. The results showed that the additives phosphoric acid, formamide and other solvents in the casting solution have certain compatibility or partial compatibility with the cellulose derivatives, and have certain hydrogen bonds and nucleophilic interactions with the cellulose derivatives. Additives can affect the interaction of the cellulose derivative macromolecules.
