Guizhou Provincial Economic Commission held the first exchange of experience in heat treatment system in Guiyang from December 5 to January 9, 1978. Representatives from all over the 70 key units of the provincial work-pay-system led by the conference attended the meeting, and some factories and mines of the national defense system were invited to attend the conference. Responsible comrades in charge of Provincial Economic Commission attended the opening ceremony and closing ceremony and made a report. Provincial Bureau of Machinery responsible comrades attended the closing ceremony and spoke.
