新乡新飞功臣楼是地下一层、地上二十七层的建筑。外墙内保温采用钢丝网聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板,应用面积为25800m2。施工中,成功运用了细石混凝土抹面施工工艺及裂缝控制技术,经过一年半的跟踪回访,杜绝了通长裂缝的质量通病,增强了其整体强度和刚度,提高了隔热、保温及阻燃防火性能。经检测,各项指标均超过了国家相关标准的要求,满足了墙体面层精装修要求。
