大白菜是我国人民生活中主要的食用蔬菜之一,长期以来深为广大群众喜爱。近年来我省已逐年扩大栽培,但因品种欠佳,栽培技术不完善、产量低、质量差,远远不能满足广大群众的迫切需求,又因受低温影响使花芽分化过早,先期抽苔现象十分普遍,或包心不良,不耐贮藏、抗病力弱等多种弊端,从而在我省大量生产上受到限制。为此,如何提高大白菜的种性和产量,实为我省菜篮子工程的一大课题。本试验目的在于良种选育改善大白菜的生物学特性,改进栽培技术,以期改善群众生活,活跃市场经济,提高社会效益和经济效益。
Chinese cabbage is one of the main edible vegetables in Chinese people’s life, deeply loved by the masses for a long time. In recent years, our province has been expanding cultivation year by year, but due to poor varieties, imperfect cultivation techniques, low yield, poor quality, far from satisfying the urgent needs of the masses, but also because of the influence of low temperature flower bud differentiation premature, Phenomenon is very common, or bad-hearted, impatient storage, disease resistance and other weaknesses, which in mass production in our province is limited. To this end, how to improve the Chinese cabbage species and yield, in fact, is our province basket project a major issue. The purpose of this experiment is to improve the biological characteristics of Chinese cabbage breeding and improve cultivation techniques, with a view to improving people’s lives, active market economy, improve social and economic benefits.
