目的:研究早期呼吸机治疗ICU急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床价值.方法:累计在2019年3月到2020年3月间抽取ICU急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者50例,在常规治疗的同时,对患者进行早期呼吸机治疗,统计七天后患者的治疗情况,对比分析应用价值.结果:治疗7天后脱机患者有42例,占据总患者的84.00％,患者带机时间平均值为(7.4±2.7)天,脱机后没有患者发生缺氧症状,均可正常自主呼吸.未有效脱机死亡的患者有8例,占据总患者的16.00％,患者带机时间平均值为(10.8±5.6)天.治疗前后患者的心率、血压等指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:ARDS患者治疗早期使用呼吸机,可以最大程度的提升患者的脱机率,降低死亡率,改善患者的心率、血压等指标,应用效果显著,值得相关从业人员借鉴.
