在合适的工艺下对P92钢进行焊接,利用金相显微镜、硬度计及万能拉伸试验机对其焊接接头的微观组织、显微硬度、常温拉伸力学性能进行了观察分析及测试,并借助SEM观察了其断口形貌。结果表明:P92钢焊接接头焊缝区及靠近焊缝区的热影响区显微组织为板条马氏体+残留奥氏体,母材区为回火托氏体组织;在焊接接头中,焊缝区硬度最高,热影响区次之,母材区硬度最低;焊接接头的抗拉强度为940.81 MPa,屈服强度为827.87 MPa,断面收缩率为41.20%,断裂部位在热影响区,断口形貌为韧窝+撕裂棱,属于韧性断裂。
The P92 steel was welded under the proper process, and the microstructure, microhardness and tensile mechanical properties of the welded joints were observed and analyzed by means of metallographic microscope, hardness tester and universal tensile testing machine SEM observation of the fracture appearance. The results show that the microstructure of weld zone of P92 steel welded joint and the heat affected zone close to the weld zone are lath martensite and retained austenite, The weld zone has the highest hardness, the second is the heat affected zone, and the base metal has the lowest hardness. The tensile strength of the welded joint is 940.81 MPa, the yield strength is 827.87 MPa and the reduction of area is 41.20%. The fracture site is in the heat affected zone, The appearance of dimples + tear edge, belonging to the ductile fracture.
