肺结核病人坚持服药治疗,按期复查是关系到治疗效果的重要问题。能否坚持服药,以提高疗效,减少复发恶化亦是结核病流行病学的重要课题。我们于1974年,对光塔街结核病患者的服药治疗问题作一次细致的调查,发现有53.9％的结核病人没有坚持服药治疗。近几年来,光塔地段结核病好转率不高,恶化复发率增加,这是一个重要原因。这些亦牵涉到防治工作上的组织方法问题,有些是治疗方法问题。现将调查的结果会报,供改进工作的参
Tuberculosis patients adhere to medication, regular review is an important issue related to the therapeutic effect. In 1974, we conducted a detailed survey on the treatment of tuberculosis patients in Kwun Tong and found that 53.9% of TB patients did not adhere to medication.
