将未受粉的亚麻子房分别接种在MS、N6、B5无激素培养基上，并对其授以成熟花粉，结果在N6无激素培养基上得到一粒种皮不完整的种子和一株直接萌发的幼苗，种子亦能在N6培养基上萌发成苗。
