中国房地产基金管理人的专业素养已经具备,关键是等待政策环境的成熟。11月21日,央行宣布自2014年11月22日起下调金融机构人民币贷款和存款基准利率0.4个百分点,这是自2008年1 1月27日(下调1.08个百分点)以来最大的一次降幅。对于降息原因,央行昨日称,当前,我国实体经济反映“融资难、融资贵”问题仍比较突出。此次利率调整的重点就是要发挥基准利率的引导作用,有针对性地引导市场利率和社会融资成本下行,促进实际利率逐步回归合理水平,缓解企业融资成本高这一突出问题。

As for the reasons for the interest rate cut, the central bank yesterday said that at present, the real economy in our country still reflects the problem of “financing is difficult and financing is expensive.” The focus of the interest rate adjustment is to play the guiding role of the benchmark interest rate, and to guide the market interest rates and social financing costs in a targeted manner. This will prompt the real interest rate to gradually return to a reasonable level and ease the outstanding problem of high financing costs.
