将硬铝线的电导率由≥61%IACS提高至≥63%IACS可使输电线路的输电线损降低约3%。通过对硬铝线进行不同温度的中间退火,研究了回复、再结晶退火处理对硬铝线性能的影响。实验结果表明对硬铝线进行180℃回复处理,可在保持硬铝线强度的前提下使其电导率提高0.5%IACS~1.0%IACS,对硬铝线进行300℃再结晶中间退火可使硬铝线的电导率提高1.5%IACS~2.0%IACS。再结晶退火过程中过饱和固溶Fe的脱溶析出是导致使硬铝线电导率提高的主要原因。
Increasing the conductivity of hard aluminum wires from ≥61% IACS to ≥63% IACS reduces transmission line losses by about 3%. The effect of recovery and recrystallization annealing on the properties of hard aluminum wire was studied through the intermediate annealing of hard aluminum wire at different temperatures. The experimental results show that the hard aluminum wire can be annealed at 180 ℃, the electrical conductivity can be improved by 0.5% IACS ~ 1.0% IACS while maintaining the strength of the hard aluminum wire. The intermediate annealing of the hard aluminum wire at 300 ℃ can make the hard Conductivity of aluminum wire increased 1.5% IACS ~ 2.0% IACS. During the recrystallization annealing, the dissolution and precipitation of supersaturated solid solution Fe is the main reason that leads to the increase of conductivity of hard aluminum wire.
