目的探讨心肌肥厚时心肌胶原网络的重构及其血清评估指标。方法腹主动脉部分结扎致大鼠心肌肥厚;VG染色和图像处理观察心肌胶原网络重构;放免法测定血清PICP、PⅢNP含量。结果手术组大鼠术后2周即出现明显左室肥厚,左室CVF-T也呈增高趋势,术后4、8周CVF-T和CVF-NV均显著增高。血清PICP、PⅢNP含量与CVF-T的相关系数分别为0.746和0.713,与CVF-NV的相关系数分别为0.567和0.538。结论压力负荷增高性心肌肥厚时伴有心肌胶原网络的重构,测定血清PICP、PⅢNP含量对心肌胶原网络重构的程度有一定评估价值。
Objective To investigate the remodeling of myocardial collagen network and its serum evaluation index in myocardial hypertrophy. Methods The myocardial hypertrophy was induced by partial ligation of abdominal aorta. The myocardial collagen network was observed by VG staining and image processing. The levels of serum PICP and PⅢNP were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results In the operation group, obvious left ventricular hypertrophy occurred at 2 weeks after operation and CVF-T in left ventricle also increased. CVF-T and CVF-NV at 4 and 8 weeks after operation were significantly increased. The correlation coefficients of serum PICP, PⅢNP and CVF-T were 0.746 and 0.713, respectively, and the correlation coefficients with CVF-NV were 0.567 and 0.538, respectively. Conclusions Myocardial collagen network remodeling is associated with hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy. It is of great value to evaluate the extent of myocardial collagen network remodeling by measuring serum PICP and PⅢNP levels.
