三位一体的统一性 如果把组织变革看成是一项复杂的系统工程的话,那么,换脑子、出点子和调班子就是这一系统工程中的三个组成部分。三者为了同一目标,都是为了实现组织变革,而且互为前提,互为条件,相辅相成,缺一不可。正如人的大脑发出指令、通过神经传递信号、最终由器官来完成某种生理活动一样,换脑子、出点子和调班子正是这样一种三位一体的关系。 1.三个步骤 组织变革作为一项系统工程,必然需要一个连续的过程和若干相关的步骤。换脑子、出点子和调班子,就是完成这一过程所必需的三个关键步骤。换脑子是思想上的转变,出点子是将思想转化为策略,调班子是将策略付诸为行动。三个步骤渐次展开,逐步深化,相互衔接,环环相扣,从思想
The unity of the Trinity If you think of organizational change as a complex systems project, changing brains, ideas, and teamwork are three components of the system.
