目的 了解伴有恶性横纹肌样瘤特征的乳腺癌的组织学特征。方法 应用电镜及免疫组化技术，对４ 例特殊类型的乳腺癌进行研究。结果 部分癌细胞胞质中含大量８～１０ ｎｍ 的中间细丝束，它们环绕胞核或胞质内微囊，其间无密体、密斑。免疫组化显示这些癌细胞Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ 阳性，Ａｃｔｉｎ 阴性。结论 这些癌细胞是非肌源性，因其形态特征类似恶性横纹肌样瘤，故认为可称为伴恶性横纹肌样瘤特征的乳腺癌。
Objective To understand the histological features of breast cancer with features of malignant rhabdoid tumors. Methods Four special cases of breast cancer were studied by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results In the cytoplasm of some cancer cells, there were a large number of 细8–10 nm intermediate filament bundles surrounding the nucleus or intracytoplasmic microcapsules with no dense or dense spots between them. Immunohistochemistry showed that these cancer cells were positive for Vimentin and Actin was negative. Conclusion These cancer cells are non-muscular, and their morphological features are similar to those of malignant rhabdoid tumors. Therefore, they are considered to be breast cancers characterized by malignant rhabdoid tumors.
