基本情况中茵海华商业集中区是盐城市久负盛名的商业繁华区,也是盐城市最具商气、人气价值的黄金地段,被誉为盐城市第一商业街。辖区内共有企业219家,其中大型连锁超市乐天玛特,大型连锁家用电器专营店苏宁电器和五星电器等商品交易市场6个,有个体工商户500余家,其中餐饮行业35家(含各种特色小吃),美容美发业42家,娱乐场所6家,服装门店300多家,鞋帽箱包店120多家,饰品店30多家。由于该区域企业规模不等、种类多、数量大、分布广、变化快,情况非常复杂,工资集体协商难度特别大。
