目的:优选消疬胶囊的最佳水提工艺。方法:以夏枯草中的迷迭香酸含量及出膏率为评价指标,以加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平,采用L9(34)正交试验法筛选出消疬胶囊的最佳水提条件。结果:确定消疬胶囊的最佳提取工艺为:12倍量的水,浸泡30 min,煎煮3次,每次煎煮时间为0.5 h。结论:该试验方法为消疬胶囊水提工艺的确定提供了科学的实验数据,验证性试验结果表明该制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective: Optimize the best water extraction technology capsule. Methods: Taking rosmarinic acid content and the rate of ointment in Prunella vulgaris as evaluating index, taking water addition, soaking time, decocting time and number of decoction as examining factors, three factors were taken for each factor, using L9 (34 ) Orthogonal test to filter out the best water extraction capsule conditions. Results: The optimum extraction process for Xiaozhu capsule was as follows: 12 times the amount of water, soaking 30 min, boiling 3 times, each time boiling for 0.5 h. CONCLUSION: This test method provides scientific experimental data for the determination of the water extraction process of Xiaoyu capsule. The confirmatory test results show that the preparation process is stable and feasible.
