目的 观察脑组织中血浆蛋白分布在损伤早期的改变。方法 用免疫组织化学染色显示人脑组织中的白蛋白、IgG和IgM ,用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察这些血浆蛋白的分布在损伤早期的改变。结果 正常脑组织中 ,白蛋白、IgG和IgM主要位于血管内 ,未见血浆蛋白阳性神经细胞。在损伤早期 ,脑组织中出现大量白蛋白、IgG及IgM阳性神经细胞和神经纤维。 结论 脑组织中血浆蛋白分布在损伤早期发生了改变 ,提示血脑屏障和神经细胞均有不同程度的损伤。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma protein distribution in early brain injury. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of albumin, IgG and IgM in human brain tissue was performed. The distribution of these plasma proteins in the early stage of injury was observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results In normal brain tissue, albumin, IgG and IgM were mainly located in blood vessels, and no plasma protein positive neurons were found. In the early stage of injury, a large number of albumin, IgG and IgM positive neurons and nerve fibers appeared in the brain tissue. Conclusion The distribution of plasma proteins in brain tissue changes at the early stage of injury, suggesting that the blood brain barrier and nerve cells have different degrees of damage.
