研究了丁苯橡胶与钢材、Al_2O_3和AlTiN硬质涂层摩擦副在2种条件下(即干摩擦和水环境中)的磨耗性能。结果表明,钢材摩擦副与丁苯橡胶的磨耗为卷曲磨耗,AlTiN摩擦副和Al_2O_3摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶的磨耗主要以磨粒磨耗为主。在干摩擦条件下,Al_2O_3摩擦副和AlTiN摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶产生的磨耗质量相近,并远高于钢材摩擦副产生的磨耗质量。在水环境中,3种摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶产生的磨耗质量由大到小依次为Al_2O_3>AlTiN>钢材。Al_2O_3摩擦副和钢材摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶在水环境中的磨耗质量高于其相应干摩擦条件下的磨耗质量,而AlTiN摩擦副产生的磨耗质量略低于其干摩擦条件下的磨耗质量。
The wear properties of SBR and steel, Al_2O_3 and AlTiN hard coating pair under two conditions (ie, dry friction and water environment) were studied. The results show that the friction between steel and SBR is curly wear. The abrasion of AlTiN friction pair and Al 2 O 3 friction pair and SBR rubber are mainly abrasive wear. Under the condition of dry friction, the wear quality of Al 2 O 3 friction pair and AlTiN friction pair is similar to that of styrene butadiene rubber, which is much higher than that of steel friction pair. In the water environment, the wear quality of the three kinds of friction pairs and the styrene-butadiene rubber, respectively, from high to low were as follows: Al 2 O 3> AlTiN> steel. The abrasion quality of Al 2 O 3 friction pair and steel friction pair with that of styrene butadiene rubber in water environment is higher than that of corresponding dry friction condition respectively, while the abrasion quality of AlTiN friction pair is slightly lower than that of dry friction condition .
