目的通过检测肿瘤标志物CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CA125及SCC在肺癌患者血清中的水平,探讨其在肺癌早期病变中的变化特点。方法抽取医院2011年6月-2014年6月诊治的肺癌患者98例和前来就诊检查的健康对照组68名静脉血样本进行处理,得到血清后用Elecsys 2010电化学发光法测定5项肿瘤标志物的水平,应用t检验法对检测结果进行统计与分析。结果肺癌组CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CA125及SCC水平分别明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清CEA、CA125浓度在腺癌组中最高,血清CYFRA21-1、SCC浓度在鳞癌组中最高,血清NSE浓度在小细胞肺癌组中最高。结论 CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CA125及SCC在不同组织类型肺癌病变中表达各异,对肺癌的早期诊断和鉴别具有重要参数意义,值得在临床推广。
Objective To detect the changes of tumor markers CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1, CA125 and SCC in the serum of lung cancer patients and explore their changes in the early stage of lung cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were enrolled and 68 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study. Serum samples were collected for determination of five tumor markers by Elecsys 2010 electrochemiluminescence The level of material, the application of t test method for statistical analysis of the test results. Results The levels of CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1, CA125 and SCC in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Serum levels of CEA and CA125 were the highest in adenocarcinoma group, serum CYFRA21-1 and SCC concentrations were highest in squamous cell carcinoma group, serum NSE concentration was the highest in small cell lung cancer group. Conclusions The expressions of CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1, CA125 and SCC are different in different types of lung cancer. They are important parameters for the early diagnosis and differentiation of lung cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
