随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,各行各业都有了长足的发展。许多中小企业如雨后春笋般成立起来,企业的管理问题成为了许多企业家们关注的话题。而企业的人力资源管理是企业管理的关键环节,它在一定程度上与企业的效益密切相关。所以更加受到人们的重视。而做好这一切的基础在于实现有效沟通。本文通过我国企业中人力资源管理中沟通不畅的问题原因进行分析。并对如何更好地提升人力资源管理中的沟通质量提出相关建议,从而提高企业的整体管理水平。
