利用自动电位滴定仪,对电化学抛光液中各种混酸含量进行了分别定量。阐述了两种不同组成电化学抛光液中混酸(HNO3/H2SO4/Cr O3,H3PO4/H2SO4/Cr O3)测定方法的原理及步骤。使用自动电位滴定仪,通过电位变化判断终点,避免了指示剂指示终点引入的操作误差。方法的加标回收率达到99%以上。
The use of automatic potentiometric titrator, the electrochemical polishing liquid in a variety of mixed acid content were quantified. The principle and procedure of the determination of mixed acid (HNO3 / H2SO4 / Cr2O3, H3PO4 / H2SO4 / Cr2O3) in two different electrochemical polishing liquids are described. Using an automatic potentiometric titrator, the end point is determined by a change in potential, avoiding the operational error introduced by the indicator end-point. The method of spiked recovery rate of 99% or more.
