以往认为腔隙综合征是腔隙性梗塞所致,自CT问世以来,学者们陆续发现脑内小的非腔隙性梗塞灶也可引起类似腔隙综合征的表现.其中最常见的病因是小量脑出血.这种由小灶性脑出血所致的腔隙综合征称为出血性腔隙综合征.我院近5年共收治17例临床表现符合腔隙综合征的小量脑出血.分析讨论如下:
In the past that lacunar syndrome is caused by lacunar infarction, since the advent of CT, scholars have gradually found that small intracranial non-lacunar infarction can also cause similar lacunar syndrome performance. The most common cause is A small amount of intracerebral hemorrhage .This small focal cerebral hemorrhage caused by lacunar syndrome called hemorrhagic lacunar syndrome .Our hospital in the past 5 years were treated in 17 cases of clinical manifestations consistent with lacunar syndrome in a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage.
