The phase composition and transformation of zirconium alloy oxide film and its effect on corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy are briefly described. The effects of chemical composition, heat treatment system, surface modification technology and working conditions on the zirconium alloy oxide film and its corrosion resistance were mainly discussed.
