——国有独资公司。社会主义条件下,涉及国家主权、安全的领域,垄断性、公益性很强的产业以及关系国计民生的基础产业、资源型产业、支柱产业、幼稚产业和重要的加工工业,必须牢牢掌握在国家手中,在这些领域要充分发挥国有独资公司独特的作用。特别是在我国现阶段国有资产在社会总资产中占有优势、而国有资产的代表人格化的问题还没有真正解决好、非国有资产投资主体尚不十分成熟、一些相关政策不配套的情况下,从维护社会政治稳定、确保国家经济安全的需要出发,对一部分企业和行业实现国有独资经营,仍是社会主义公有制的重要实现形式。
