火电机组直吹式制粉系统中,磨煤机的安全稳定运行对锅炉至关重要。定洲电厂一期2×600MW机组采用6台中速辊式磨煤机,由于其跳闸保护逻辑设置不合理,在机组投产初期出现多次保护误动。后经反复讨论对其进行了改进优化,采取了降低跳闸门槛值、取消单点保护、增加并合理设置多点相与逻辑、撤消过保护等措施,有效防止了由于现场测点异常或其他原因导致的保护误动,大大提高了保护动作的可靠性与准确性。
