中国文化源远流长,博大精深,其中积淀了丰厚的领导思想。研究总结历史文化中的领导思想特点,领会其精神内涵,赋予其现代价值,是建设中国特色领导文化、构建中国特色领导理论体系的必经之路。现代领导风格的塑造离不开传统文化的影响,基于“道”的领导思想强调现代领导方式、方法的运用应遵循社会发展的规律和规则;基于“德”的民本思想就是要求领导风格塑造应以民众的需求和利益为核心和出发点;突出“礼”的思想使我们认识到,现代领导应更多通过引导和协调手段施加影响而不是单纯依靠权威;突出“能”的思想使我们认识到,领导风格塑造要从基本能力素质做起,传统文化的影响赋予了现代领导风格再造的新内涵。
Chinese culture has a long history, profound, which accumulated rich leadership thought. To study and summarize the characteristics of the leadership in history and culture, understand its spiritual connotations and give it its modern value is the only way to build a leadership culture with Chinese characteristics and build a theoretical system of leadership with Chinese characteristics. The shaping of modern leadership style is inseparable from the influence of traditional culture. The leadership style based on “Tao ” emphasizes the modern leadership style. The application of methods should follow the rules and rules of social development. It is necessary to emphasize the idea of “courtesy” to make us realize that modern leaders should exert more influence rather than relying solely on authority solely through guiding and coordinating instruments; and that “leadership should be based on people’s needs and interests. Can ”make us realize that the shaping of leadership style should start with the basic ability and quality, and the influence of traditional culture gives new meaning to the reconstruction of modern leadership style.
