目的:观察宫血宁胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血的有效性。方法:将120例自愿要求药流的病人随机分为米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产时加服宫血宁胶囊组和米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产时不加服宫血宁胶囊组;比较两组阴道流血情况。结果:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产时加服宫血宁胶囊组患者在阴道出血量及出血持续时间方面均优于米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产时不加服宫血宁胶囊组(P<0.05)。结论:宫血宁胶囊可减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间。
Objective: To observe the effectiveness of Gongxuening Capsule in treating post-abortion vaginal bleeding. Methods: 120 cases of patients with voluntary medical abortion were randomly divided into mifepristone with misoprostol drug abortion plus service blood capsules and mifepristone misoprostol misoprostol abortion without blood service Ning capsule group; compare the two groups of vaginal bleeding. Results: mifepristone misoprostol misoprostol plus abortion Gongxuening capsule patients in vaginal bleeding and duration of bleeding are better than mifepristone misoprostol miscarriage abortion Xuening capsule group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gongxuening capsule can reduce vaginal bleeding after medical abortion and shorten the bleeding time.
