在生产过程中,对工业炉窑能源的利用进行科学管理和优化控制是非常必要的。本文简单说明重庆工业自动化仪表研究所工业炉窑微机控制装置的研制和使用情况,着重介绍其中的微型机DDC过程控制装置和智能式控制器的用途与特点。最后,对我所工业炉窑微机控制裝置的发展设想也作了说明。
In the production process, the utilization of industrial furnace energy to carry out scientific management and optimal control is very necessary. This article briefly describes the research and application of microcomputer control device for industrial furnace in Chongqing Industrial Automation Instrumentation Institute, and focuses on the application and features of microcomputer DDC process control device and intelligent controller. Finally, I also made a description of the development plan of the microcomputer control device in our industrial furnace.
