使用实验与有限元计算相结合的新应力分析方法,对磁力偶合式高压釜进行研究,利用实验应力分析中的电测法确定连续条件,并建立合理的有限元计算模型,计算值与实验结果吻合较好。实践证明,用实验-有限元混合法进行应力分析是行之有效的。
Using a new stress analysis method combined with experimental and finite element calculations, a magnetically coupled autoclave was studied. The electrical conditions in the experimental stress analysis were used to determine the continuous conditions and a reasonable finite element calculation model was established. The calculated values and experimental results were obtained. Good agreement. Practice has proved that stress analysis using the experimental-FEM hybrid method is effective.
