120只兔角膜碱烧伤眼随机分成5组，分别以3种不同剂量的bFGF滴眼液和素高捷疗滴眼治疗，荧光素染色裂隙灯照相，照片经计算机图象系统分析，并做形态学检查。结果表明bFGF滴服液能促进角膜上皮的愈合。
120 rabbits with corneal alkali burns were randomly divided into 5 groups. They were treated with 3 different doses of bFGF eye drops and SJT eye drops respectively. Fluorescein-stained slit lamp was taken and the photos were analyzed by computer image system. School inspection. The results show that bFGF drops solution can promote the healing of corneal epithelium.
